To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
The liability of TAPINAD with respect to the sale of our products shall be limited to the products workmanship or hardware only. TAPINAD is not liable or responsible for any cost including the repair or replacement by a similar product as provided and is not liable for any cost for removal, testing, reinstallation, transport of defective products returned to TAPINAD, loss of time, salary, business medical and/or legal expenses including the alternative security arrangements for securing property. TAPINAD supplies products purely on a ‘supply only’ basis.
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that TAPINAD is not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or throughout any such site. 
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TAPINAD reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Changes to T&Cs
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. TAPINAD reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Privacy on Other Web Sites

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy for more information. TAPINAD is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfilment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Returned items will not be accepted if they have been modified in any way. The item/s must be in 'as new', original condition without any modifications. Items are not required to be in the original packaging but must be packaged adequately for safe transport. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Any cancelations after payment has been received will incur a re-shelving fee of $40.00. This fee can be waived if the buyer is happy to wait until the item has been sold before receiving your refund.
This is on a case by case basis. However, we always work together to achieve an agreeable outcome for both parties.
Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Pre-Order Shipping

As pre-order items shipping dates can change, we can only offer to update you regularly. Unfortunately we can not offer guarantees on delivery times, please consider this when ordering.


Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where TAPINAD holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TAPINAD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. TAPINAD shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TAPINAD will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

Most products hold a standard 1 year warranty on products workmanship or hardware only. Please check the product online for specific warranty terms. If you believe the item is incorrect or has been damaged, we will require photos of the damage, any issues, the packaging, con note and how the item was received. This information is required within 48 hours of receiving the order. This information is required before the warranty process can begin. Refunds or partial refunds will only be given due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. The warranty is void if the products are not being used for its purpose.
Warranty Procedure
The warranty is waved if the warranty process in not followed.
  1. Your first step is to contact us, this can be either via email or telephone to start the warranty process. 
  2. If your issue is escalated to be assessed for returned, refunded or replaced under warranty, you will receive an emailed with your next step.
    • All escalated warranty cases will be provided with a Warranty ID so the item can be assessed accordingly when it is received. 
    • You will be responsible for the return of the item and any cost involved in returning the item and the Warranty ID will need to be included with the returned item.
    • No credits, refunds or replacement item/s will be provided until the item is returned and approved for refund or replacement.
  3. You will be notified that the item has been received. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit immediately. 
    • From here, you will have the option for a refund, credit to other items, or replacement.
    • Any and all freight charges & sales items not liable for refunds.
Shipping & Insurance

You have the options for insurance at the time of booking the freight. We will contact you in writing with this option and cost. 

We recommend purchasing insurance in case there are any issues with delivery and/or damage to your order as TAPINAD is not responsible for the order once shipped. If you do not wish to add insurance to the order, please reply in writing.


Once you have signed for the delivery, there is very little you can do in reimbursements. 

Ensure you have taken action within 48 hours, as there is little we can do after this time.

If there is damage;

  • Take photos
  • Collect details of the delivery driver, time &date 
  • Contact TAPINAD immediately
