- "Pre-Order' discounts & pricing is only for items that are pre-ordered. This is our incentive to you to help cover the outlay to fill a container.
- Make sure you have contacted us for your 'pre-order' price before this cut-off date.
- Deposits are only required by the cut off date
- Landed stock will not be offered at the same price.
- No item/s can be held or produced without a deposit.
- There are no extensions to this cut off date as we cant let others down for disorganised people
Freight & Collection
- Freight is available, Australia Wide.
- Freight is not included unless specified and paid for.
- Freight can be quoted when items are ready for for collections
- If we overcharge you shipping we will notify you arrange a refund
- We use a shipping calculator tool that is not always correct due to the volume of some items. This can sometime offer incorrect freight charges. Freight is void if freight charges are clearly incorrect on the website.
- If a shipping charge is paid but is incorrect, we will refund you and requote.
- We use multiple carriers to find you the best price. *Delivery to a business address save you
- Freight quotes only last 7 day. If you have received a freight quote and did not secure your order with the deposit, your freight will need to be re-quoted. That's just how they work, not us .

Special order pricing is cash only, meaning you will need to cover any surcharges/transfer fees if you want to use other payment platforms.
